SWAC ELSO is an exciting area in which to practice and do research in, and we’ll continue to meet and bring inspired people together in conferences like this, to ensure our organization remains at the cutting edge.

This year we will be talking/discussing about new topics on the program like, ECMO Transport and Aeromedical Retrieval, Management on ECLS Patient – ECMO Interaction, Live Simulation Scenarios including ECMO Cannulation, and for the first time in any ELSO meeting we will introduce team competition with one standardized scenario.

We’re transforming the way we operate to continuously improve our ability faces the specific challenges and opportunities of fast growing demographics, as well as faster growing healthcare expectations. We have continued to meet the challenges of our field and to excel despite setbacks. We should all be very proud of where we are today and excited about where we are heading.
